The Nature of Naturalised Flora of the Shire of Leeton (1994) Eric Whiting - With their long period of adaptation to the climate and soils native growing plants are obviously the best plants to outgrow the invading troublesome weeds. Without the knowledge of which plants are truly local to any one site it is difficult to select the appropriate native to use for reclamation. To date there has not been a detailed survey of the flora in the Shire of Leeton, this report has been written to rectify this deficiency. Congratulations Eric! Contact Eric for a PDF of the report.
